First Day-s of School

Sydney and Jadon are just finishing up their 2nd week of school.  I can't believe my little girl is in the 4th grade now!  Where has the time gone?  And well, my baby is in 1st grade this year!  It seems like just yesterday that Sydney was born and I was able to stay home with her for a year.

Jackson is finishing his first week of half day PreK ESE class.  He has adjusted well.  He was so excited this past Monday to get to come with momma and the big kids in the morning.  (Kurt's parents came to stay with him the first week back to school and my parents stayed with all of the kids the first week I went back to work).  There are 6 children in Jackson's class.  His teacher says that it is as if he's been there for a month.  He's done well and is even doing things that the older 3 year olds aren't doing.  At 10:30 the big yellow school bus comes and picks him up and takes him to The Promise Land.  This is the same preschool that Sydney and Jadon went to.  He has done well riding the bus and adjusting to his class there.  By the time he arrives around 10:45, he has just enough time to color his letter of the week, eat lunch, nap, and then I pick him up.
